The purpose of this document is to establish the conformity requirements for recycled-content
products and the certification requirements to verify their conformity in relation to the established requirements.
The requirements concern the quantity of recycled materials found in a recycled-content product
and the product marking to facilitate its identification.
This certification program does not concern the safety, health and performance associated with the use of recycled-content products, nor their life cycle.
This certification program is offered to manufacturers wishing to make recognized that their
products contain recycled materials.
