We have built a model to support flexibility to fit how our organization works. SCC’s model supports employees in working remotely most of the time. We come together in person when it is purposeful. Planning is essential in supporting SCC’s flexible work model. Advance notice enables employees to prioritize meaningful face-to-face work during times they are working in-person.
