Products Used as Dust Control Agents for Non- Asphalted Roads and Other Similar Surfaces - Certification Protocol

1 PURPOSE The purpose of this document is to establish the certification requirements, rules of procedure and marking requirements applying to the certification of products used as dust control agents for nonasphalted roads and other similar surfaces according to the requirements of Standard BNQ 2410-300. This document is for manufacturers seeking to have the conformity of their products recognized by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ).
