This National Standard of Canada is equivalent to International Standard ISO/IEC TR 24746:2005. 1 Scope International Technical Report ISO/IEC TR 24746 specifies Mid-Span DTE Power insertion into generic cabling as specified in ISO/IEC 11801, the location and allocation requirements in case of the replacement of a generic cabling component or components.
