1. SCOPe 1.1 This Standard sets forth requirements for hose for conducting flammable and combustible liquids handled at temperatures within the range of -40°C to +50°C, primarily into the fuel storage tank of the end use vehicle. 1.2 This Standard also sets forth requirements for hose for conducting flammable and combustible liquids handled at temperatures as low as -54°C to +50°C. 1.3 This Standard covers hose in internal diameter sizes up to and including 31.8 mm. 1.4 These requirements are not intended to include hose for aircraft refuelling service.
