This Standard gives a group of common requirements that apply, unless otherwise specified in a purchase order or in an individual standard, to structural quality steel plates, shapes, hollow sections, sheet piling, cold-formed channels, and bars conforming to the requirements of CSA Standard CAN/CSA-G40.21-M.
