Unleaded Automotive Gasoline

Applies to four grades of gasoline to which no lead or phosphorous compounds have been added. They are intended for use in spark ignition engines under a wide range of climatic conditions. Gasoline specified in this standard may contain Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE).
