Scope:

The following changes to ANSI/CAN/UL 2743 are being proposed:

1)  Revise the Exception to 11.2.1.2 for power packs used in a repair facility

2)  Proposal to accept grounded receptacle in 12.3 for device power source having no conductive connection to any branch circuit
