Halocarbon Clean Agent Extinguishing System Units
Scope:
An electronic pressure gauge is intended to replace the functionality of a mechanical pressure gauge of an agent storage container or a pneumatic control assembly. Following are the three levels of consideration for the product.
1. Intended to be an electronic pressure gauge as noted.
or
2. Intended to be an electronic pressure gauge as noted. The electronic pressure gauge is intended to employ supplementary remote communication capability. The supplementary remote communication capability is not intended to alleviate any inspection requirements in national standards, such as NFPA 2010.
or
3. Intended to be an electronic pressure gauge as noted. The electronic pressure gauge is intended to employ remote communication capability to a supervising station, such as per NFPA 72. Additional capability to convey supplementary information to smart devices at other than supervising station. The remote communication capability to supervising station is intended to alleviate some inspection requirements in national standards, such as NFPA 2010.
