Standard for Tank Assemblies for the Collection, Storage and Removal of Used Oil
Scope:
This Standard sets forth the minimum requirements for the adaptation of tank assemblies constructed in accordance with the requirements described in Clause 4.1 for the collection, storage and removal of used oil.
Used oil tank assemblies covered by this Standard are intended for stationary installation and use in accordance with, but not limited to the following:
A National Fire Code of Canada;
B CSA-B139, Installation Code for Oil Burning Equipment;
C CCME PN 1326, Environmental Code of Practice for Aboveground and Underground Storage Tank Systems Containing Petroleum and Allied Petroleum Products; and
B Regulations of the appropriate authority having jurisdiction.
