Scope:

These requirements cover air filter units of both washable and throw-away types for removal of dust and other airborne particles from air circulated mechanically in equipment and systems.

Project need:

This proposal includes requirements for markings to clarify and to ensure that local authorities are able to verify that the correct filter class is used for the application.
