1.1 These requirements cover delayed-action timelocks intended for attachment on the doors of chests, and the like, to provide a means for delaying unlocking for a predetirmined length of time as protection against robbery.

1.2 The delayed-action automatic devices are factory set to a minimum delay of 5 min.
