Details of Resolution:

Details of Resolution

The NOI for HSO 2001 was resubmitted with a revised scope on March 16, 2019 (NOI was previously withdrawn on February 4, 2019). SDO involved in the previous duplication complaint has been informed that the potentially duplicative content has been removed from the revised scope.

The NOI for HSO 2001 has been withdrawn as requested by the responsible SDO on February 4, 2019.  Based on this decision the raised duplication for HSO 2001 is closed.

Please note that as a result of a technical issue with the CNS a duplication complaint submitted against the NOI for HSO 2001 did not generate the automatic notification to inform HSO and SCC that a duplication complaint had been submitted. In light of this technical issue SCC is initiating the Duplication Resolution Mechanism (DRM) process as of Wednesday, January 30, 2019 and will be applying the associated timelines consistent with the established DRM process.
