Project need:
There is an increased recognition among stakeholders about the importance of shared accountability between administrators and clinicians for the quality of clinical service delivery. This standard responds to the need for guidance on how this shared accountability can be established effectively. HSO aims to develop standards that are based on updated evidence and best practices to guide organizations in advancing the delivery of high quality care services within their unique contexts.
