1.1 This standard applies to wireless power transfer of electric power between on-board and off-board electric vehicle equipment.

 

1.2 This standard applies to ac supply voltages up to 1000 V ac and 1500 V dc.

 

1.3 This standard specifies the required level of safety

 

1.4 Aspects covered by this standard include: operating conditions, basic communications, basic positioning, bidirectional power transfer, and considerations while driving.
