Scope:

This Standard covers polyethylene (PE) pipe, tubing, and fittings for use in potable cold water supply services or other applications such as water-based ground source geothermal systems. This Standard specifies requirements for materials, quality of work, dimensions, sustained pressure, environmental stress cracking, and markings.
