Thermoplastic hose and hose couplings for conducting propane and natural gas
Scope:
Scope: This Standard applies to newly produced thermoplastic hose, hose couplings, and complete assemblies of hose and couplings used to conduct natural gas in a gaseous state and propane in either a liquid or gaseous state to be used at temperatures between -40°F (-40 °C) and 140°F (60 °C) having a rated working pressure of at least 350 psig (2.4 MPa) and a minimum burst pressure of five times the rated working pressure.
