Scope:
The scope of the work includes guidance to Northern building operators and owners regarding changing wind conditions as a result of the warming climate, the prospects of changing wind strengths and patterns related to the impacts of snow drifting, in an effort to improve the resiliency of both existing and future built infrastructure in the North to high-intensity winds
