This International Standard applies to transportable diamond saws with water supply and with a saw blade diameter of not more than 250 mm.

(1) For tools having saw blades with a diameter of more than 250 mm, additional requirements are under consideration. (2) This standard does not cover bench-type diamond saws. (3) This standard does not cover diamond saws not guided by a track
