Scope:

This Standard covers multi-storey, mid- to high-rise buildings of prefabricated pre-finished volumetric construction (PPVC), including but not limited to provisions for:

• structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems design;

• construction, transportation, storage and installation;

• finishing, commissioning, on-site testing, operation, maintenance, repair and rehabilitation

Project need:

To support innovation in the field of buildings of prefabricated pre-finished volumetric construction (PPVC) by providing requirements for their design, construction, installation, use and certification in the Canadian context. This is a reissue of NOI from 2018-10
