Scope:

1.1 This standard applies to opaque prefabricated markings pre-coated with a pressure-activated adhesive for use as permanent markings on exterior surfaces when large or difficult-to-handle markings are required. The marking is positional be without showing pre-adhesion and is pressure-sensitive only when activated by firm pressure at the time of application.
