Purpose and scope
This document specifies the administrative management rules related to construction work for engineering works and sets the requirements to which a contractor and a client shall comply when a construction contract is concluded between both parties.
This document has been developed to be used in the field of construction of engineering works, namely water conduits and sewers, excavation and backfilling works, road repair and engineering structure.
