Prevention, Promotion and Organizational Practices Contributing to Health in the Workplace
Scope:
This standard specifies the significant requirements for prevention, promotion and organizational practices contributing to health in the workplace.
The requirements address intervention factors pertaining to individuals, organizational practices and the work environment. They concern the maintenance and sustainable improvement of the health status of the employees and enterprises.
NOTE — The requirements concerning consultants eventually called upon to act for enterprises and the qualification requirements of service providers (physical activities, nutrition, etc.) are not part of this standard.
This standard applies to any enterprise or organization wishing to implement and maintain an approach of prevention, promotion and organizational practices contributing to health in the workplace with its employees and obtain recognition of its efforts to this effect.
