Polyethylene (PE) Pipe and Fittings for Soil and Foundation Drainage
Scope:
This standard specifies the characteristics and test methods for polyethylene (PE) pipe and fittings designed for soil drainage applying notably to agricultural drain and to foundation drain.
This standard applies to flexible pipe, 75 mm to 375 mm in diameter, perforated or not, with annular corrugations.
This standard applies also to the PE plastic fittings required for the installation of PE pipe.
This document was developed to serve as a reference document for conformity evaluation activities of specific products.
NOTE — Conformity evaluation is defined as the systematic examination of the extent to which a product fulfils specified requirements.
