1 Objet
This document covers the contamination of residential buildings by wood-decay fungi.
It covers the aspects to take into consideration during the inspection of a building so as to assess the causes and the extent of the contamination of a building by wood-decay fungi.
This document also covers the rehabilitation of a contimined building by establishing rules for decontamination and remediation work on the building.
