Vice-Chairperson reappointed to the Standards Council of Canada’s Council
The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) is delighted to announce that Mr. Colin Clark, as Vice-Chairperson to the Standards Council of Canada’s Governing Council, has been reappointed by the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry. Mr. Clark's reappointment is effective December 2, 2022, for a period of two years.
SCC’s Council plays a critical role in setting the strategic direction of the organization and in ensuring strong governance practices. Members are appointed based on their knowledge and experience, and they actively support SCC’s mandate to enhance Canada's economic competitiveness and well-being through the development and use of standardization.
