SCC has been selected as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures 

SCC is proud to have been recognized as Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Culture 2020. This national award program, founded by Waterstone Human Capital, recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for having cultures that support high performance. At SCC, we believe in the importance of a people-centric culture that fosters growth and opportunity.   
  
The award focus on three key themes: building a high-performance culture, commitment to employee career development and growth, and a workplace culture that supports physical and psychological safety. SCC has put in place the foundation towards a “people-centred” culture by creating programs, mental health committee, training, coaching support, and messaging. This transformation was vital and required a lot of work and resources to cultivate. This award is a testament to the work that SCC does to develop and maintain a strong people-centred culture.

The Canada's Most Admired™ Corporate Culture Award was presented at a virtual gala last Thursday, April 22, 2021. SCC’s staff has celebrated this achievement in a video that was played during the gala. The video highlighted SCC’s culture – a culture that embraces the principles of compassion, flexibility, and agility.
