This specification establishes the design, performance, and marking requirements for grease interceptors with removable liners for use in plumbing waste systems. The devices covered in this SE are intended to meet the requirements of ASME A112.14.3, titled Hydromechanical Grease Interceptors, and CSA B481, titled Grease Interceptors. Additional evaluations included in this SE are to cover features and attributes not covered by the currently published Grease Interceptor standards.
