Bulletin 2017-18

Dear SDOs,

The updated versions of the 2017 Requirements & Guidance for SDOs and the Canadian Standards Development Program Overview have been posted to SCC's website.

These documents include the final adjustments/clarifications resulting from feedback received during the May 16 & 18, 2017 SDO training sessions on the 2017 Requirements & Guidance for SDOs. A copy of the SDO training session Webinar and the Questions & Answers will be provided separately.

To assist the implementation of the 2017 Requirements & Guidance for SDOs, all SDOs have been provided with supporting documentation as follows:

- National Standard of Canada (NSC) Canadian Interest Form;

- Duplication Resolution Report (DRR);

- Appeal Request Report (ARR); and

- Duplication Resolution Mechanism (DRM) Action Plan.
