ISO TS 80004-13:2024 This document defines terms for graphene, graphene-related two-dimensional (2D) materials and other 2D materials. It includes related terms for production methods, properties and characterization. It is intended to facilitate communication between organizations and individuals in research, industry and other interested parties and those who interact with them.

This document specifies the most important design and metrological characteristics of rotary axis form-measuring instruments. It is not applicable to coordinate measurement systems as defined by the ISO 10360 series, whether the systems are fitted with a rotary axis or not, except by special agreement.
