Steel and iron — Determination of chromium content — Potentiometric or visual titration method
The method is applicable to chromium contents between 0.25 % (m/m) and 35 % (m/m). Specifies principle, reagents, apparatus, sampling, procedure, expression of results and test report. Annex A gives additional information on the international co-operative tests, and Annex B represents the precision data graphically.

Polyolefin pipes and fittings — Determination of carbon black content by calcination and pyrolysis —...
The determination is carried out by pyrolysis of a test portion at 550 °C in nitrogen followd by a calcination in a muffle furnace at 900 °C. The carbon black content is calculated from difference in mass before and after calcination. When so determined the carbon black content in polyethylen pipe material shall be 2,5 0,5 % (m/m).

Light olefins for industrial use — Determination of molecular oxygen in gaseous phase — Electrochemi...
After sampling and preparation of the laboratory sample the gaseous test portion is passed at a given rate through an electrochemical cell previously calibrated with air or with standard mixtures containing a known amount of oxygen, and the concentration of oxygen in the gaseous olefin is measured. The method is applicable to light olefins having an oxygen content greater than 1 milliliter per…

Petroleum products — Lubricating oils and additives — Determination of phosphorus content — Quinolin...
The method used is applicable to products containing any of the phosphorus compounds in normal use and having contents between O,OO5 and 1O,O % (m/m). The method is free from most interferences because the high insolubility of the quinoline phosphomolybdate precipitate leads to constant composition and freedom from most adsorbed or occulated impurities, especially from cations which would…
