Update to Proficiency Testing Providers Program Overview

Who should read this bulletin 

This is intended for accredited customers, applicants, Accreditation Advisory Panel (AAP), and staff and assessors in the Proficiency Testing Providers Accreditation Program (PTPAP).

What you need to know 

As part of an annual review, the program overview was updated and includes the following changes: 

• The accreditation requirements now include adherence to related bulletins, as specified in the updated accreditation requirements (p. 4).

What you need to do 

Update your Quality Management System (QMS) with the new versions of the program overview.

Effective immediately.
